How this page is organizedThere is a Table of Contents and a list of awards.Following that is a list of names in their order of precedence, followed by a list of members for each of the orders. Finally, there is a list of details, containing a list of the people, in order of precedence, each with a list of the awards that they have been given. Following the link in any of the name lists will bring you to that person's name in the larger list. Because some web readers do not correctly handle the "back" command, there is a link back to the table of contents after each entry in the detail list. It is "hidden" in the little minus sign just after the list of awards for each person (that way it won't be too distracting if you download and print out the text of the page). People marked (X) are no longer very active or have left this area, although they may be seen from time to time. People have worked hard and long to earn these awards.
